Bad weather was forecasted for today, but that didn't keep these 32 anglers from launching at 4th street launch in hopes of winning the tournament. The launch quickly filled up with rigs, and fisher man scurrying around launching boats and signing in. A little rain passes through as guys tell old fish stories under the little shed. When safelight came we blasted everyone off. When noon came the looks on peoples faces said it was tough. No limits came to the scale, but Kyle Hills brought in 4 fish going 9 lbs. 14 oz. to win. His big weight was helped by a nice 5 lbs. 10 oz big bass of the day. Following behind him was Casually Cane Kayak Tournament director Lee Kelly. Lee brought in four nice bass to push the scales to 7 lbs. 4 oz. Brad Romano took home third with his 3 fish bag weighing 7 lbs. 2 oz. Fourth place went to Jim Waller. Jim had three fish that weighed 4 lbs. 9 oz. We had a tie for fifth. Zack Zimmermann, and Jimmy Dorris both had 4 lbs. 7 oz. Zack had 2 fish, and Jimmy had 3 fish.
